Accomplished and multifaceted Finance Executive with years of experience leading organizations to achieve their objectives by elevating the financial and accounting operations, he partners to Executive Leadership for driving strategic direction of the finance team in each phase of the company's life cycle and bringing industry best practices for finance operations. Frank is adept at full spectrum of operational finance, from financial budgeting & forecasting and modeling to year-end audit and reviews.
Prior to founding Cultivation Financial Services, Frank served as CFO for a publicly listed cryptocurrency investment company and had extensive experiences working with startups backed by private equity and venture capital firms.
Previously, Frank oversaw C$8B corporate credit and trading portfolio at one of the largest banks in Canada, where he acquired in-depth knowledge of debt capital markets. Frank started his career at public accounting practice at a mid-size firm in Vancouver, Canada.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) from Simon Fraser University and a MBA from Ivey School of Business at Western University.
Frank is a CFA Charterholder and also a CPA of Washington State, USA.
Outside of the office, Frank is an enthusiastic golfer.
